Estimated delivery
Once shipped, most US orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–11 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, and occasional delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
